Braun Silk-Epil 9 Epilator review

braun silk epil 9 epilator review, smooth legs, hair removal, beauty blogger, summer ready legs

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you all had a lovely weekend!

I'm so happy the weather has picked up and I can't wait to wear dresses and skirts again.

Right now is the perfect time to get rid of all these unwanted leg hairs and transform them back into smooth and silky limbs.

In order to avoid this problem as good as possible I've just upgraded to the new Braun Silk-epil 9 epilator and I couldn't be more happy with it.
My preferred routine for removing these annoying leg hairs is using an epilator - which allows me  not to worry about it for the next couple of weeks (depending on your hair growth).
Let me tell you some key facts of my new gadget.

It comes with a 40% wider head, which means it removes more hair in one stroke for faster epilation and less pain.

The new micro-grip tweezer technology has wider, longer and deeper tweezers which manages to also grab these short little hairs.

I'll always start with buffing my legs with the body exfoliation brush which helps to remove dead skin cells and will prevent ingrown hair.
Even if I'm not prepping my skin for epilation I like to use this exfoliation brush once a week on my body.

You can use the epilator wet and dry and my favourite way is to use it during my bath / shower.

It also comes with a shave head which is great for when you are in a hurry.

Afterwards I'll always apply a good portion of Aloe Vera cream to my legs (Aftersun will just do fine).

Once your legs are silky smooth and ready to go, I love using a shimmering oil / serum on my legs for that little bit of extra shine.

Next to the design and colour of the epilator I love the fact that it comes with a smarthlight, which helps to light up even the smallest and finest hairs.

The Silk-Epil 9 epilator is available at Boots.

Good evening everyone!

I just wanted to say a quick hello and share with you the lovely evening I had tonight at the Jane PackerCrocs flower arranging class.

Flower arranging is something I've always wanted to do, so you can imagine how excited I was about this.

I have to say, it was even more fun than I've expected and it was incredibly relaxing - the perfect way to finish off a busy day.

Next to creating a beautiful flower boutique we got introduced to the new Crocs collection.

Now I know Crocs aren't everyones thing but hear me out - they not only produce the clogs we all know but they have also added flip flops and flats to their collection.

Insta Recap

Happy Saturday everyone! I hope you all having a great weekend!

I just want to say a quick hello and share with you today's outfit and my recent Instagram snaps.

I love spending my weekends in boyfriend jeans and I love this amazing pair from Five Jeans

Macarons are one of my big weaknesses and I love how perfectly they match my nail polish (Chanel)

When in doubt I love sticking to stripes, boyfriend blazer, lace-up flats and a statement clutch. This one is from Neat To.

I love discovering new magazines and one of my recent finds is Kinfolk. I love their slow lifestyle approach and amazing images. Wearing my favourite statement ring by Monica Vinader.

I'm living nearly a decade in the UK now and I still get super excited when passing by it's amazing landmarks.  You might recognise this jumper from my recent post here.

One of my favourite department stores around London is Fortnum & Mason. I just love their historic building and great tea and food assortment.

I've just discovered this cute Cafe in Parsons Green called Hally's

I really love their laid back interior and amazing food.

And let's be honest, any Cafe that serves amazing coffee and matcha latte and tops it off with some amazing latte art has a big place in my heart.

Have a great weekend everyone xx

Customised Grey Denim

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a lovely weekend!

Last week I was invited along to the Donna Ida Customisation Workshop were we learned some helpful techniques to update our jeans.

At first I felt quite bad cutting and ripping into this lovely pair  but I really like the cropped, frayed hem.

I can't get enough of grey and white and I've added my pink clutch and leopard print heels for a good measure of colour and prints.

Bucket Bag

bucket bag, duffle coat, leather pants, grey coat, converse, streeststyle, london blogger

Happy Sunday everyone!

If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram you might already know that I went to the Honestly Healthy Fitness brunch, which involved an amazing HIIT Pilates class and a yummy brunch ... but more on this later.

I haven't done Pilates in a very long time so today was a bit of a mission, dragging my aching body out of the house.

I've missed out on the Mansur Gavriel bucket bag so I was really happy when I've spotted this cute duffel bag the other day at Zara.

The weather has gone pretty chilli again so I went back to my favourite combo of leather pants and grey coat.
